PASS v1.1 goes live - 06/03/2006
A new release of PASS is launched to add more productivity features, saving users even more time and money. PASS v1.1 is available free to all supported customers.

David Lean, MD PASS Ltd, explains the background:
"The launch of v1.0 of PASS was a huge success. The benefits in terms of saving money and improving screening quality meant that the software sold itself. We welcomed more than 10 new customers in the first two months of launch. Our new customers brought with them even more great ideas on how to improve the product and drive out cost in the screening operation.  We are delighted to launch v1.1 today and give our customers the solutions they have asked for, plus a couple that we've thought of ourselves!"

David Round, Director and Product Architect, outlined the changes:
"Since launching PASS v1.0 we have received excellent input from customers, which has shaped our recent development efforts. There have been two key focus areas - namely, integration and flexibility. In the area of integration our Manned Guarding customers have been keen to streamline SIA license applications. Therefore, we have added the bulk application spreadsheet and electronic application form featues to the system. A similar integration exercise is underway in the Airports area, but thats for a future release! In terms of flexibility, our customers have seen the benefits of customizing reference types and asked for more control over how these references look and operate. We've taken this on board and delivered even more flexibility in reference type maintenance."

PASS v1.1 is being rolled out to supported customers during March and is available for demonstration to prospective customers at any time, simply contact us.
