Online Applications and Candidate Attraction
At the heart of PASS is a powerful configuration tool which enables you to manage your online job applications. The online application form can be branded in your colours with your logo so when your applicants go there to fill in their job application they provide all of the details you need for screening and compliance. PASS builds the form for you so when you configure PASS it configures the online application form to ask the applicant exactly the right questions to enable all of the pre-employment checks to be done without your screeners having to type the information.
You can also manage all job applications from the unique backoffice management tools. This is ideal if you are operating a centralised screening/compliance department with remote branches that want regular updates. In other words key business stakeholders can view the screening/compliance process through self-service portals if you give them permission. PASS is fully configurable and all functionality can be switched on or off to suit your operational and business requirements.
If you are a large recruiter i's very easy to transfer candidates from your candidate attraction system to PASS too. No re-keying of information, no doubling up on workload, all done electronically and it's so simple to do. The candidate types the data and it can be used right across the business without any need to re-key it.
Using the latest internet technologies such as SharePoint, PASS can be accessed by candidates through self-service portals. This is ideal for recruiters that volume repeat candidates such as temps or contractors because PASS remembers their previous compliance details and only requests a "top up" of the information via the self-service portal e.g. last employment reference and proof of right to work. In other words PASS knows what is still valid and automates the candidate process. Our self-service portal anables the candidate to upload information to the screeners in real time. The screeners can also upload information and forms such as contracts of employment to the candidate, in other words proper two way communication. Employees can upload signed documents and download forms such as contracts of employments, terms and conditions etc.

All of these services are available by clicking the mouse and save the user up to twenty minutes for each service. Once the candidate information has been entered into PASS it can be used over and over without re-keying which makes the process very efficient.
PASS is integrated with the TimeGate workforce / staff management system. When the screening is at the correct status PASS transfers the candidate details directly to TimeGate to enable rostering of the new employee to begin without the need for re-keying the information.
