Process Mapping

Process mapping is probably the most important aspect of installing PASS in any environment:

• Understanding how you do things today and why you do them. Whether you have all paper processes or a mixture of word processing and spreadsheets. We map out your current processes and analyse them

• We work with you to understand your existing processes from the point at which you advertise to attract your applicants right through to the completion of the compliance process. We map the process in fine detail. This is probably the most important aspect of any large system installation

• We work out the best way to configure PASS to deliver the most efficient compliance process that will help you to reduce staff numbers but achieve greater levels of compliance

• Lastly we train your staff to use PASS and show your managers how to get management information from the system
