• Self Paced e-training
  We use a range of tools to create self-paced electronic training materials for your vetting users.
• Instructor Led Web based training
  Our instructors can host online training sessions, typically to a single vetting user or the screening department manager. The facility avoids the need for travel and can be effective for short refresher courses, which can be provided by the hour.
• Instructor Training
  The traditional approach to training continues to be our core offering, with vetting class sizes ranging from 1 to 30. Typically we recommend classes no larger than 8, which tends to cover the majority of vetting and pre-employment screening departments. We can carry this out in your offices or in our training room.
• Train-the-Trainer
  We provide a high level course for super-users who adopt the role of internal trainer within your vetting organisation. Moreover, our qualified trainers can create customized training programs for your staff to enable the effective delivery of information by the internal trainer. This is particularly effective where PASS is customized with company specific reference check and background check procedures.
