Compliance Management / Service Level Management - What does it mean?

Fundamentally, contracts for a service contain a Service Level Agreement (SLA). These can be hourly, daily, weekly, monthly or any other determined frequency and indeed, infrequent or ad-hoc. It might be a daily office clean or it might be a requirement to turn a helpdesk job around in 30 minutes. The important thing is to remember to have the tools to see issues as they arise.
